A maintenance asphalt overly along the easterly side of Burbank Avenue in front of the school and northerly for the full width to Sebastopol Road is included as an alternate bid. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on December 7, 2011, until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (according to the wall clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors). They then will be transferred to a predetermined meeting room designated by the Sonoma County Department of Transportation and Public Works where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Sonoma County Director of Transportation and Public Works or his designee.
