Brief Description:

The work to be done consists, in general:

The project shall include, in general, all work, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to furnish and construct a new scalehouse and two new scales for Sonoma County’s Healdsburg Transfer Station at 166 Alexander Valley Road, Healdsburg, California  95448.  The project also includes (but is not limited to) excavation, grading, traffic control, and utility trenching, installation and connection, and such other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the Standard Specifications, or the Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed..  The transfer station is open 6 days per week from 8 am to 4 pm and must remain open to the public during the entire construction project.

As a condition to bidding, Bidders must attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit and sign an attendance roster as a condition to bidding.
