ADDENDUM NO. 3 

I.    Change to the Notice Inviting Bids:

      Section B. of the Notice Inviting Bids has been changed as follows:

"B. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent of the County of Sonoma, Room 208A, 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on August 10, 2006, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Purchasing Agent or his designee."

NOTE:  There are revised plan sheets as attachments to this addendum that cannot be FAXed.  Therefore, the entire addendum will also be sent by certified mail.  This page is being FAXed to call attention to the change in the bid date.

Please fill out "Addendum Acknowledgment" form of the Bidder's Book on page BB-4, verifying your receipt of this Addendum No. 3.
