NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

TERMINAL BUILDING ROOF REPAIR

COUNTY PROJECT NO. W09571 

ADDENDUM NO. 2

I.    Changes to the Specifications:

      A.  Page SP-1, Notice to Contractors, Paragraph 1, the Bid Date will be changed as follows:

"Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Agent of the County of Sonoma, Room 208A, 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on October 4, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. where they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Purchasing Agent or his designee."

      B.  Pages SP-18 and SP-19, Section 7. Insurance, will be changed as follows:

            1.   Section 7-1.01B, is amended to read:  "Commercial General Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage utilizing an occurrence policy form, in an amount no less than  $1,000,000 combined single limit for each occurrence.   Said commercial....."

            2.   Section 7-1.01C, is amended to read:  "Automobile Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for each occurrence.  Said insurance....."

Please fill out "Addendum Acknowledgment" form in the Bidder's Book, on page BB-4, verifying your receipt of this Addendum.
