ADDENDUM NO. 2

I.    Changes to Special Provisions:

      A.    Page 2, “NOTICE INVITING BIDS” the “DISADVANTAGED 
              BUSINESS ENTERPRISES:” DBE goal shall be nine percent (9%).  

      B.   Division II, “SECTION 2. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS AND 
            CONDITIONS” the paragraph 2-1.11 “DBE GOAL FOR THIS
            PROJECT”, modify second paragraph “Disadvantaged Business
            Enterprise (DBE): nine percent (9%).” 

      C.  Division V, “SECTION 8, ITEM P-401, ASPHALT CONCRETE”
           General Clarifications: 

            1.  Gradation determined in accordance with ASTM C136 and C117.  

            2.   Tensile Strength Ration (TSR) ASTM D 4867. 

            3.   TSR of 75 must be met or anti-strip add to achieve 75 min.
