NOTICE TO PLANHOLDERS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

AIRPORT SECURITY SCREENING BUILDING

ADDENDUM NO. 3

I.          Clarifications to various bid specifications and requirements from questions received from contractors: 

• The existing trailer is to be disconnected from its current location and relocated to another location on Airport property by the Contractor.  Final location to be determined by Airport prior to relocation. The existing awnings and ramps are to be dismantled and scrapped.
• The existing trailer is connected to the terminal building through underground conduit to an existing 200 amp panel.  The contractor is to disconnect the electrical service lead from the existing unit and connect this service feed to the proposed units electrical panel.  If additional changes are required due to unknown field conditions relating to the electrical feed, these changes will be addressed through a change order.
• The Contractor is to install the speakers for the PA system and wiring to the backboard.  All other equipment required for the Public Address system will be installed by others.
