III. Changes to the Bidder's Book

A. Page BB-2, the first three paragraphs are revised to reflect a new "Lump Sum" bid per the following:

Bids are submitted for the entire work. The total amount of the bid for comparison purposes will be determined on the basis of the summation of all individual item lump sum prices to a "Project Lump Sum Total."

The Bidder shall set forth for each item of work, in clearly legible figures, a lump sum price of the item in the respective spaces provided for this purpose.

In case of discrepancy between the summation of individual item lump sum prices and the "Project Lump Sum Total," the summation of individual item lump sum prices shall prevail; provided, however, if the amount set forth as an item price is ambiguous, unintelligible or uncertain for any cause, or is omitted, then the amount set forth in the "Project Lump Sum Total" space shall prevail.
