Summary of Work B is a requirement of the project.  Payment for the Health and Safety Plan will be considered to be included in the Mobilization Costs.

 Item No. 2

 The Schedule of Bid Prices has been updated to include Hazardous Material items.  Note new items 60, 61 and 62.   Please replace Pages 2 and 3 of 5,  Division I – Bid Form, Section 00400, of Volume 1 of 3 with the attached Add 3 Revised Bid Items Pages 2 and 3 of 5.

 Section 10400 part 2.3 B is revised to include lighting per details on sheet A4.

 Item No. 4

 Section 10400 part 2.3 B 3 is revised to:  Back Panel: Aluminum with ¼ inch tackable overlay.

 Please fill out the Addendum section of the Bid Form [Division I, Section 00400, Page 1, 3(a)]  (included in Volume 1 of 3) acknowledging receipt of this Addendum No. 3.

                              SCHEDULE OF UNIT PRICES

 The previous Unit Prices shall apply to Work covered by unit prices.  By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges that these unit prices shall remain fixed throughout performance of the Contract, regardless of any incremental cost differentials resulting from variances in any quantity estimates or increased or decreased economies of scale.
