ADDENDUM NO. 1
I. Response
to Submitted Questions.
Per Volume 1 of 3, Division 1 – Instructions
to Bidders, Document 00200, item number 14, the
deadline for receipt of written questions is midnight,
March 19, 2006, and may either be mailed or faxed to
Project Manager, Bryan Albee, at the address/fax
number provided in Document 00100, (Advertisement for
Bids), paragraph 5.
Per the above, a bidder requested that Owner
consider an exception to the Experience Modification
Rate requirement. Per Project Manual, Volume 1 of 3, Document
00450:
“Bidder will be
immediately disqualified if its average Interstate
Experience Modification rate for the last three years
is greater than 1.00. Bidder will be immediately disqualified if its
Interstate Experience Modification Rate for the last
year is greater than 1.10.”
Owner
will not make any changes to the Experience
Modification Rate Requirement.
Please fill out the Addendum
section of the Bid Form [Division I, Section 00400,
Page 1, 3(a)] (included
in Volume 1 of 3) acknowledging receipt of this
Addendum No. 1.
