Attention is called to the fact that the following change has been made to the above referenced bid:

Bid Due Date and time are changed to:

June 4, 2004 at 2 o'clock p.m.

[Note:  The "Changes to Specifications" is the same as Addendum No. 3]

Addendum #4 [T&PW #5]will be sent out the week of May 24th.  It will contain bid forms for pricing and appropriate bond forms.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet verifying your receipt of this Addendum and submit with your bid.
