I. Changes to Specifications:
a. SHT A3-V "GENERAL NOTES," Resilient Sheet Vinyl Flooring, the first paragraph second
sentence is amended to read:
Adhesive
and priming over existing concrete flooring shall be as
recommend by the Manufacturer.

sheet verifying your receipt of this Addendum and submit
with your bid.
