ADDENDUM NO. 2

I. Changes to the Notice Inviting Bids:

GENERAL INFORMATION, Section B is modified in part to read, "Sealed bids will be received by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration Drive, Santa Rosa, California, 95403, until 3:00 p.m., as determined by the clock on the wall of the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, on Thursday, April 25, 2002, at which time they will be transferred to the Human Resources Department Conference Room "D" where they will be publicly opened.........."
