ADDENDUM NO. 4
The
following changes are hereby deemed to be a part of the
Contract Documents in full effect as if originally
included.
1 Refer to Division I, Section 00020-NOTICE INVITING
BIDS:
Delete
entire Section and add the attached Section.
2. Refer to Division I, Section 00100, INSTRUCTIONS TO
BIDDERS, subsection 11.1:
Delete
reference to "Document 00600" and replace with
"Document 00660."
3. Refer to Division I, Section 00300-NOTICE TO
CONTRACTORS:
Delete entire
Section 00300 and add the attached Section 00300.
4. Refer to Section 00421, "QUESTIONNAIRE AND
FINANCIAL STATEMENT FORM":
Clarification: Division I, Item 9 of Addendum No. 3 referred to a
"new" Section 450. Actually Section 450 was included in the original
Specifications and should not be considered new.
5. Refer to Division I, Section 430-LIST OF
SUBCONTRACTORS:
Delete
entire Section 430 and add attached Section 430.
6. Refer to Division IV, Section 02718, subsection 3.5
(F):
Second
sentence: After
the word "occur" add the word
"between"
Change
“Friday” to "Thursday."
7. Refer to Drawing No. 5 related to the gas main
installation:
Change Station
50+00 to Station 41+00
Change Station 50+32.30 to Station 41+32.30
Please fill out "Noted Addendum" (Division I,
Section 00300, page 1) verifying your receipt of this
Addendum.
