Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet (page BB-9 of the Bidder's Book, Volume 1 of 3) verifying your receipt of this Addendum (Addendum No. 5).

“If a street has been cut to install utilities or to match existing pavement, the street shall be slurry sealed in accord with standard specifications of the State of California Section 37-2.  The extent of area to be sealed shall be determined by the Superintendent of Public Works or the City Inspector.”

SCHEDULE B -   SANITARY SEWER AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS 

Sewers and storm drains inside roadways shall be in accordance with Rohnert Park Specifications.
Storm drains outside of roadway shall be bedded in accordance with Rohnert Park Specifications; except NATIVE MATERIAL IS ALLOWABLE above the bedding Compacted to 90% RC.

General Notes
Add:    All storm drain culverts noted on Sheet 4 and storm drain noted as CL4 in profiles on Sheets 29 & 38 of 40 shall be RCP CL4.
All other storm drain shall be plastic.

Clearing limits shall be as noted on typical section and shall include clearing required for new driveways noted on Driveway Table shown on sheet 4.
Existing trees 6” and greater to be removed are noted on plans.  All trees, landscaping and improvements outside of the clearing limits are to remain.
Landscaping, fences, irrigation systems and other improvements inside of the clearing limits are not required to be replaced.

Item 43B Utility Trench Cap shall be 3’ wide x 3” thick CDF including split conduit for telephone cables and a 3’ minimum length per crossing.
