ADDENDUM NO. 2

I.          Change to the Engineer's Estimate in the Special Provisions and Bidder's Book:  

The quantities for Item Number 17, "Shoulder Backing", and Number 18, "Erosion Control", have been changed.  Please replace the entire Engineer's Estimate in the Specifications and the Bidder's book.  

Please replace pages SP-3; BB-3, -4, and BB-15, -16 with Add 2 Rev. SP-3, Add 2 Rev. BB-3, -4, and Add 2 Rev. BB-15, -16 to reflect these changes.  

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet on page BB-5 of the Bidder's Book verifying your receipt of this Addendum and submit with your bid.
