ADDENDUM NO. 3
I. Changes and additions to the Special Provisions:
A. The fifth paragraph in Section 10-1.19B,
"Surplus Material," is deleted from the Special
Provisions.
B. The sixth paragraph in Section 10-1.19B,
"Surplus Material," is revised as follows:
The
Contractor is encouraged to dispose of surplus material at
a quarry or recycling center equipped to recycle aggregate
material. The
Contractor shall dispose of all surplus material at the
Sonoma County Refuse Disposal Department's Central
Disposal Site that is not taken to a recycling center. The Sonoma County Refuse Disposal Department's
Central Disposal Site is located on Mecham Road westerly
of Cotati. Testing
of material has been completed for disposal at the Central
Disposal site and is included in the Special Provisions.
All fees required for disposal of material at the Sonoma
County Refuse Disposal Department's Central Disposal Site
are the responsibility of the Contractor.
C. Soil test results from samples taken at the project
site are attached to this Addendum and are considered as
included in the Special Provisions.

fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet on page BB-5 of
the Bidder's Book verifying your receipt of this Addendum
and submit with your bid.
