I. Changes to the Engineer's Estimate in the
Special Provisions and Bidder's Book:
The quantities for Item No. 13, "Salvage Metal Beam Guard
Rail," Item No. 48, "End Cap (Type TC),"
and Item No. 49, "Terminal Section (Type ET)," have been changed. Also, two new items have been added: Item No. 37,
"Minor Concrete (Gutter)," and Item No. 41,
"Metal Beam Guard Rail." Please replace the entire Engineer's Estimate in the Specifications and the Bidder's book.
Please replace pages SP-4, -5; BB-4, -5, and BB-22, -23, -24 with Add 1 Rev. SP-4, -5, Add 1 Rev. BB-4, -5, and
Add 1 Rev. BB-22, -23, -24 to reflect these changes.
II. Plans:
Attention is directed to enclosed plan sheets showing the
location of high risk gas facilities and other utilities.
Please
fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet on page BB-6 of
the Bidder's Book verifying your receipt of this Addendum
and submit with your bid.
