I. Changes to the Special Provisions, Federal Requirements:

Federal Requirements, Item No. 2, "Statement of Applicable Wage Decision." Regarding sentence 4, "The wage decision applicable for this project will be locked in 10 days prior to the bid opening date, and will be made part of the contract by addendum"...

Please replace pages 1-36, General Decision CA010009, Modification No. 16, dated 11/30/01 with attached General Decision CA010009, Modification No. 18, dated 12/28/01, pages 1-35.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet in the Proposal (page BB-4 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum.
