FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

I.   Changes to the Contract Specifications:

     A.  Section 10-1.19A, "Surplus Material":  The last four paragraphs of Section 10-1.19A, "Surplus Material," are hereby deleted.

II.  Changes to the Plans:

     A.  Sheet 6
          For item 14, the station at the outlet of the reinforced concrete pipe (Station 21+35) changes to Station 21+36.

          For item 15, the quantity of the 12-inch plastic pipe changes to 28 linear feet.

     B.  Sheet 9
          For the Quantity Summary:

               Item 2, 12-inch plastic pipe, quantity changes to 16 linear feet.

               Item 15, 12-inch plastic pipe for cleanout, quantity changes to 28 linear feet.

               The total quantity for 12-inch plastic pipe changes to 241 linear feet.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet (page BB-5 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum (Addendum No. 2).
