ADDENDUM NO. 1

I.    Changes to the Engineer's Estimate in the Special Provisions and Bidder's Book: 

Please replace pages SP-3, SP-4, BB-3, BB-4, BB-15, and BB-16 with the attached revised pages ADD 1 (SP-3,SP-4, BB-3, BB-4, BB-15, and BB-16) to reflect changes made to Engineer's Estimate.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet (page BB-5 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum (Addendum No. 1).
