ADDENDUM NO. 1

I. Changes to Special Provisions:

A. Page SP-56, Section 10.1.20A, GENERAL, "Asphalt Concrete," paragraph eight is added to read:

The miscellaneous areas to be paid for at the contract price per square yard for place asphalt concrete (miscellaneous area) in addition to the prices paid for the materials involved shall be limited to the areas shown on the plans.

Asphalt Concrete (miscellaneous area) shall be placed at a 10-1 grade and to a thickness of 0.35'.

II. Changes to the Engineer's Estimate in the Special Provisions and Bidder's Book:

A. Pages SP-3, BB-3 and BB-16, delete item No. 29, STANDARD STREET LIGHT.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet in the Proposal (page BB-5 of the Bidder’s Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum.
