ADDENDUM NO. 3
I. Changes to the Notice to Contractors:
The first sentence of paragraph one is amended to read:
Sealed
bids will be received at the office of the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors, Room 100A, 575 Administration
Drive, Santa Rosa, California 95403 on June 6, 2007,
until the hour of 2:00 p.m. (according to the wall
clock in the reception area of the office of the Clerk
of the Board of Supervisors).
II. Changes to the Specifications:
Section 2-1.01, "General," please add the following
paragraphs:
"Evaluation of bids: The
low bidder for purposes of award shall be determined in
accordance with the following procedure:
"The low bidder shall be the conforming responsible bidder offering
the low total amount for Base Project. The Director of Transportation and Public Works
may decide, at the time of award, to chose the
Alternate. The
low bidder will remain the same, regardless of the
Director's decision on Alternate."
Please fill
out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet on page BB-7 of
the Bidder's Book verifying your receipt of this
Addendum and submit with your bid.
