I.
Changes to the Engineer's Estimate:
A. New Item No. 28, "Place
Asphalt Concrete Dike (Type C)," is added to
the item list.
B. Item No. 35 (now 36),
"Precast Concrete Inlet (Type GO)," the
quantity is changed to 7.00.
C. Item No. 40 (now 41),
"Inlet Grate (Type 24-12x)," the
quantity is changed to 7.00.
D. Item No. 41 (now 42),
"Inlet Frame and Grate (Heavy)(600 mm x 600
mm)," the quantity is changed to 1.00.

Please replace pages SP-3, SP-4, BB-3,
BB-4, BB-16 and BB-17 with the attached revised pages
(Rev. SP-3, Rev. SP-4, Rev. BB-3, Rev. BB-4, Rev.
BB-16 and Rev. BB-17) to reflect the changes.
II. Changes to the Plans:
A. The "Water Main Lowering
Detail" shown on Sheet 13 is replaced by the
most current "Water Main Lowering Detail"
from the city of Petaluma (attached).
B. On Sheet 18, the "Sign Summary," the
panel sizes are shown in inches. They should be
converted to their metric equivalent.
III. Changes
to the Special Provisions:
Section 10-1.16F(2), "Lower
Water Main," is amended to read: Lowering of
water mains shall conform to the details shown on
the plans. The Contractor must coordinate with the
city of Petaluma and the U.S. Coast Guard before
shutting off water along the main.

verifying your receipt of this Addendum.
