I.    Changes to the Special Provisions: 

      A.  Pages SP-82, -83, Section 10-1.26 "Alternative Pipe," has been amended by the following: 

            1)   Section 10-1.27, "Reinforced Concrete Pipe," has been renumbered to 10-1.26A, leaving Section 10.1.27 to read "Blank." 

            2)   Section 10-1.26B, "Plastic Pipe," has been added to read: 

SECTION 10-1.26B  PLASTIC PIPE:  Plastic pipe shall conform to the provisions in Section 64, "Plastic Pipe," of the Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions. 

      B.   Page SP-84, Section 10-1.29A, "Rock Slope Protection," paragraphs 3 and 4 are revised to read: 

            Paragraph 3, Sentence 2 is amended to read:  ". . . to be paid for by the cubic yard . . ." 

            Paragraph 4, Sentence 1 is amended to read:  "The price paid per cubic yard . . ." 

II.  Change to the Engineer's Estimate in the Special Provisions and Bidder's Book: 

      A.  Item No. 29, "Asphalt Concrete," is changed to "Paving Asphalt (Asphalt Concrete)." 

      B.   Item No. 33, "18" Class III RCP," is changed to "18" Alternative Pipe." 

      C.  Item No. 34, "18" Concrete Flared End Section (Type A)" is changed to "18" Alternative Flared End Section." 

      D.  Item No. 46, "Thermoplastic Pavement Marking," the unit is changed to "SF." 

Please replace pages SP-3, -4; BB-3,-4; and BB-25,-26 with Add1 Rev. SP-3, -4; Add1 Rev. BB-3, -4; and Add1 Rev. BB-25, BB-26 to reflect these changes.
