ADDENDUM NO. 2

I.       Clarification to Plans and Specifications:            

A. The question has been asked, "How is the utility conduit, shown on sheet 13 of 58, "DRIVEWAY AND UTILITY CONDUIT DETAILS," to be installed in the bridge?" As shown on sheet 13 of 58, the conduit is to be strapped in a bundle and rest on the floor of the bridge structure, between the girders. 

II.   Changes to Plans:            

       A.  The stirrup spacing shown on sheet 8 of 24, "TYPICAL SECTIONS," and sheet 9 of 24, "GIRDER LAYOUT," is revised as shown on the attached plan sheets dated 7/28/04. Attached sheets 8 and 9, dated 7/28/04 are to replace sheets 8 and 9, dated 3/29/04 in the plans. 

III.         Changes to the Special Provisions and Specifications:              

       A.    The "FEDERAL WAGE RATES," section is replaced by the attached Federal Wage Rate General Decision, dated August 6, 2004.
