ADDENDUM NO. 3 

 I.      Changes to the Engineer's Estimate in the Special Provisions and Bidder's Book: 

A.  Item No. 15, "Minor Concrete (Box Culvert)," the quantity is changed to 20.

Please replace revised pages SP-3, BB-4, and BB-15 with the attached revised pages (Rev. Add3 SP-3, Rev. Add3 BB-4, and Rev. Add3 BB-15) to reflect the changes.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet in the Proposal (page BB-5 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum.
