ROSA AVENUE ADDENDUM NO. 2 I. Changes to the Notice to Contractors in the Special Provisions Book: A. Delete the last sentence in the first paragraph of the "Notice to Contractors," page SP-1, and substitute therefore the following: "Award of this project to the lowest responsible bidder is scheduled for September 30, 2003 by the Board of Supervisors. Should bid irregularities arise such that the low bidder cannot be determined by the 30th then the award will be postponed until the bid irregularities are resolved and the award or rejection of bids can be rescheduled for the Board of Supervisors." Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet in the Proposal (page BB-5 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum. DAVID D.
