I. Changes to the Special Provisions:

The third paragraph in Section 10-1.15, "SUBGRADE ENHANCEMENT FABRIC," on page SP-47 is revised to the following:

Subgrade enhancement fabric shall be woven type, and shall conform with the following:

Grab Tensile Strength, Min. 200 lbs.
ASTM D4632

Puncture Strength, Min. 100 lbs.
ASTM D4833

Elongation at Break, Percent, Max. 20%
ASTM D4632

Toughness, Min. 3000
(% Elongation x Grab Tensile Strength)
