Please be advised that the Federal Prevailing Wage Rates were modified by General Decision Number CA02009, dated March 1, 2002. Reference is made to the penultimate paragraph, "Pursuant to Section 1773…" on page SP-2 and Section 5-1.02 of the contract specifications.

Please fill out the Addendum Acknowledgment sheet in the Proposal (page BB-4 of the Bidder's Book) verifying your receipt of this Addendum (Addendum No. 1).
