Road Deeds

This page allows you to download a self extracting zip archive which contains a base map and 23 linked maps with additional links to historic Road Deed documents.

The maps were generated in 1953 by the State of California Transportation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways; in cooperation with the U. S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration, Bureau of Public Roads and the County of Sonoma.

The archive is extremely large and recommended for users with a DSL or Cable Modem Internet connection. If you have a problem downloading or using this file, please contact Terry Hausman at 707-565-2231.

Downloading Instructions:

1. Right click on the link and select the "Save Target As..." option to save this files on your machine before running it.
2. When the download has completed, double click the file to extract it to the location of your choice.
