Special Projects

Special Projects is composed of three sections, each in different funds. The Special Projects section is a General Fund budget section containing charges for engineering services provided by the Transportation and Public Works Department which are not chargeable to one of the other departmental budget divisions. The District Formation Fund was established to provide for start-up costs for potential new districts. In FY 91-92, the Water System Fund was established by a $500,000 contribution from the Sonoma County Water Agency to assist small water systems.
