Roads

The Road Fund is the financing vehicle for road maintenance and construction activities, as well as other public works planning and management functions. The Road Division budget includes the following functions: Finance and Administration, Engineering Services, and Maintenance Operations. The Road Fund is reimbursed by other appropriate funding sources for staff time and materials spent on activities not related to roads, such as Transit and Integrated Waste.
