Sonoma County/City Solid Waste Advisory Group Research Committee

Formed by action of the Sonoma County/City Solid Waste Advisory Group (SWAG) on November 15, 2010

Duties:

To recommend a short list of regional solid waste system options for SWAG consideration which can feasibly meet SWAG's objectives for increased diversion, economic efficiency and local control.

Membership Composition:

12 members, 2 - Business Sector, 2 - Environmental Community, 2 - Regulatory Sector, 2 - Selected by SWAG, 1 - Sonoma County Waste Management Agency, 1 - AB 939 Local Task Force, 1 - City Government, 1 - County Staff.
