County of Sonoma as Successor to the Sonoma County Redevelopment AgencyEffective February 1, 2012, the Sonoma County Redevelopment Agency was dissolved per ABX1 26. The assets and obligations of the former Redevelopment Agency will be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the law. Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS)The Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules (ROPS) list all known obligations of the former Sonoma County Community Redevelopment Agency for successive six month periods. The current ROPS' for January through June 2012, and July through December 2012, were approved by Resolution of the CASA Oversight Board on May 4, 2012. Sonoma County Successor Agency Oversight BoardThe Sonoma County Successor Agency Oversight Board is established pursuant to language in AB1x26 which states, "Each Successor Agency shall have an oversight board composed of seven members."
