Appointment Instructions

Check in is from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.

Pick up is from 3:30 to 4:00 p.m. All pets must be picked up by 4:00 p.m. because the love-me-van leaves promptly at 4:00 p.m. If your pet is not picked up on time, we will provide boarding space at the animal shelter on an emergency basis. However, you must pick your pet up at the shelter the next day and pay $18.50 for the one day of boarding. Additional charges of $18.50 per day will accrue if your pet is not picked up promptly. You may pick your pet up during our regular business hours.
