Once you have found or developed a survey you want to distribute, set a date(s) for distribution. Promote the survey among employees to ensure a good response. For worksites with less than 100 employees, aim for 50-75% response rate. For worksites with 100 - 200 employees aim for 35-50% response rate. Also, employees will be curious to know the results of the survey. Be sure to keep them informed and let them know what you are planning.
