Healthy Eating, Active Living (HEAL)

Collaborative in the Roseland and South Park Districts of Santa Rosa to address obesity by providing garden-grown, fresh vegetables, nutritional education, and increasing the number of neighborhood parks in a densely urban pocket that has previously been neglected.
