  • Note:
    • Permit history is retained on the parcel number which was in effect at the time of permit application. To research permit history on previous parcel numbers, refer to the Comment: located on the report. Though cryptic, this will usually list a previous parcel number.
      Example:
      Parcel# 180030008
      Comment: REMAP FROM 012-281-031-000 - 09/13/97
      Translation: This parcel was previously numbered 012-281-031. This new number was assigned 09/13/97.
Parcel Number

The Assessors Parcel Number (APN) for the property. This number can be located on your annual property tax bill (listed as fee number).
