Introduction to Online Permits

PRMD offers two ways to access permit information online. This area of our website contains search tips for both options.

All permits with an application date of July 5, 1995 and later are in our system. Many earlier permits are also in the system. Some permits were never entered into any computer system, so it may still be necessary to visit our office to obtain a complete permit history.

Permit History Report	Accela Citizen Access™ Permit Manager
This option provides a quick printable report that includes; Permit Number Date Initialized Current Status Type of Permit Work Description This option is often the best place to start when looking for general information.	This option allows you to obtain more detail about a specific permit, including; Office Approval Status Building Permit Inspection Results Contact Information This option provides the most current information about permits in process - from the time of application though office approvals and field inspections.
Each option has different search techniques. For best results, refer to the search tips for the option you prefer.
