The Final EIR is currently under preparation; this news item will be updated when the Final EIR is ready for publication and will include a link to the notice announcing the time, date and location of the next Planning Commission hearing on the Final EIR. |

"The County is in the process of updating the Housing Element of the General Plan to address the housing needs for the next 5-year planning period, as required by State law. Public input is encouraged. A third public workshop has been scheduled for April 10th at 5:00PM at the Community Development Commission conference room, 1440 Guerneville Road, Santa Rosa. The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors amended Chapters 26 and 26C of the Sonoma County Code to convert the County Zoning Maps to a new Digital Zoning Database. The Official Zoning Database became effective July 12, 2007. |
