Zoning Code Amendments - Affordable Housing

These amendments were approved 6/7/2005 and become effective 7/8/2005.
The fees will become effective 10/01/2005.

Note: These amendments do not apply to parcels located within the Coastal Zone. To determine if a specific parcel is affected by these amendments, please call the Planning Information Phone.
