Zoning Code Amendments – Affordable Housing

These amendments were approved June 7, 2005 and became effective July 8, 2005.
The fees became effective October 1, 2005.

Note: These amendments do not apply to parcels located within the Coastal Zone. To determine if a specific parcel is affected by these amendments, please call the Planner Phone.
