Fee determinations are based on a number of variables.

These variables include;

What sanitation district or zone is involved? Fees vary by district.
Will the structure be residential, commercial, industrial or mixed use?
Is this structure currently served by a septic system?
What is the square footage of the structure?

Due to the complexity of these determinations, it is unwise to make assumptions until the full scope of a project is determined by PRMD Staff at the time an application is accepted.

Please do not fill in amounts on checks prior to application acceptance.
