§ 26-74-005 Purpose.
§ 26-74-010 Permitted uses.
§ 26-74-020 Design review approval.
Purpose: to designate areas which are critically needed for public parking within established commercial districts. Its uses supercede those allowed in the applicable base district. (Ord. No. 4643, 1993.)
Sec. 26-74-010. Permitted uses.
Permitted uses include the following:
(a) Open-air parking of transient automobiles, except trucks over one thousand five hundred (1,500) pounds capacity. Where such parking area abuts property classified for residential uses, it shall be separated therefrom by a solid masonry or similar wall six feet (6') in height; provided such wall, measured from the front property line to a depth equal to the required front yard on the abutting residentially zoned property, shall be three feet (3') in height. Sec. 26-74-020. Design review approval.
Design review approval in a P district shall be required in the manner provided in Article 86 for uses permitted in Section 26-74-010(a). (Ord. No. 4643, 1993.)
