PRMD Customer Service Ombudsman
The PRMD Ombudsman is a member of the management team whose sole focus is providing value-added customer service on individual projects and facilitating process improvements that result in a more user friendly permitting process both for customers and staff. The Ombudsman works department wide and across divisions to accomplish these results. In addition, the PRMD Ombudsman acts as the PRMD ambassador to the Business Community and the Citizens of Sonoma County.
