Planning Handouts/Forms/Applications

Use the forms and applications below to apply for planning activities. The required forms and applications are grouped by type of activity. Applications must be submitted in person with the correct fees and must include all of the information listed in the application. Should you have any questions about planning applications and permit processing you may call the Planning phone during designated phone hours. You may also visit the PRMD office to discuss proposed projects, preparation of applications, or for application submittal during normal office hours.
