CALGreen: Green Building Program [Video]
CALGreen program requirement field verification is now performed by a CALGreen Special Inspector. This video provides general information about the program as well as how to obtain the list of CalGreen certified agencies and inspectors.
On January 1, 2014, the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code (CALGreen) and on July 1, 2014, the California Energy Code became effective throughout California. The County of Sonoma has adopted CALGreen and the California Energy Code. The 2013 CALGreen applies to all newly constructed buildings as well as additions and certain alterations. Please use the customized checklists found below to document compliance with CALGreen.
