A copy of the Final EIR is available for review at the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (PRMD) public counter, 2550 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403-2829. The Final EIR can also be purchased from PRMD on compact disc (CD) for $5.00.
