Robert Ferguson Observatory, also known as Valley of the Moon Observatory, is nestled in the hills near Kenwood, California, in Sugar Loaf Ridge State Park. The Observatory is open for monthly star parties, January through November. Other public events like classes and fundraisers are announced in the media and on their official website.
