The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District was able to purchase and preserve Tolay Lake Ranch in September 2005. This acquisition will establish a long-awaited regional park in the southern portion of Sonoma County. There are opportunities to establish multi-use trails for cycling, hiking and equestrian use. The site also offers opportunities for bird watching, picnicking, and interpretation of natural and cultural resources. There will be many opportunities for public input during the park planning process.
After requesting the reservation, you will receive confirmation via postcard, which will include more detailed information. Note: tours fill quickly. If you cannot reserve a place on your date of choice, add your name to our waitlist for notification of future tour dates. Check our website at http://www.sonoma-county.org/parks/pk_tolay.htm
