Dedication Saturday, May 8, 2004 | The Sonoma County Regional
Parks Department is hosting a series of wildflower walks through May of 2004.
Phil Dean, a member of the Master Gardeners of Sonoma County, will lead these
fun and informative 2-hour walks. All walks will begin at 10 a.m. and last
until noon. Participants will meet in the parking lot of the respective parks.
Participants should wear sturdy shoes and bring water, and dress appropriately
to be out in the weather. Heavy rain cancels the walk. Please refrain from wearing
any heavily scented lotions or perfumes as they interfere with smelling the flowers. For
more information or to pre-register call John Ryan, Volunteer Coordinator, at
(707) 565-2041. Learn more about Sonoma County Regional Parks on the web at www.sonoma-county.org/parks. Saturday,
